Order processing

Please note processing time is separate from shipping time.

Time to prepare an order for shipping varies depending on item and quantity however, typical processing time is currently between 2 to 4 business day not including shipping.

All standard shipment orders are mailed USPS First Class / Priority Mail and takes 3 - 5 business days. Expedited shipping also available. Priority Mail 1 - 3 business days. 

Standard US (2-5 days) - Free for all orders over $75

Standard US (2-5 days) - Flat rate $5.99 for all orders up to $75

Expedited mail Us (1-3 days) - Flat rate $14.99 for all orders.

North America (Canada and Mexico) - $14.99

Returns and exchanges

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order within 7 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of our items, prior authorization is required for all returns.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Contact should be made within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
We will work with you to resolve any issue you may have, but, please note buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we ship the wrong item and/or defective product. If the item is not returned in its original, unused condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If we are unable to resolve your issue and/or damaged or defect is confirmed, buyers will be issued refund or exchange.

Please note no return or exchange on "final sale' / "clearance" items.

Orders can not be canceled. However we do offer exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery once confirmation for return has been approved.

We currently do not offer order pick up. All orders will be shipped to the address provided in the order.

Our standard headband sizing are as follows:


Newborn: Extra Small -13”
0-6 Months: Small - 14”
6-18 Months: Medium -16”
Toddler / Child: Large - 17”

We do offer some One-Size fits all headands as well.

How do i care for my items?

We recommend gentle handling of all our pieces .


Bows & Headbands

Gently spot clean all bows and headbands with mild soap and water. Hang to dry

Clothing

For best result we recommend hand washing cold and hang to dry.

Can also wash with similar color, gentle cycle and tumble dry low.  

Warm iron on reverse side.
